BOOKING YOUR SAFARI, A STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE
Booking Procedure:
Make an inquiry.
We will contact you to schedule an initial phone consultation, whether you are booking for yourself or a group.
Our team will create a first draft
We will work with you to make any necessary adjustments until we reach the perfect itinerary.
Before finalizing the booking, our office in Arusha will conduct a comprehensive availability check on all accommodations and request provisional bookings.
If all accommodations are available, we will send you a final contract/itinerary for signing, along with information on deposit payment (see Terms & Conditions). In case some of your desired locations are unavailable, we will suggest alternative options before proceeding with the contract.
Once you sign and return the contract, our office in Arusha will submit booking vouchers and make necessary deposits to finalize the bookings.
You will receive signed and stamped booking vouchers via email as confirmation of your bookings. Late Bookings: When booking well in advance (6 months or more), securing desired accommodations is usually not a However, in the event of full locations, we will immediately make bookings at alternate locations. What are block bookings?
Block bookings are common among large tour operators who organize group tours. They reserve a block of rooms in anticipation of fully booked itineraries. Many lodges allow for block bookings without requiring a deposit, but they may ask tour operators to either pay for these rooms or release them as the actual dates draw near (usually between 45 and 60 days in advance). As a result, it can sometimes be challenging to secure certain accommodations that primarily cater to group tours for private tours.
